Good man, thank you. It seems that common-sense and good taste prevails...just. Nothing is more horrible to me than an overdone piece of meat. My jaw aches just thinking about all the chewing you have to do, which gets tiring, leading to the need to swallow the whole mouthful in one gulp, which can be dangerous and quite painful if not done carefully:P
