There's loads cuter than a wet kitten.
A dry fluffy kitten for instance.
Actually, I think anything is cuter.

The one in the bottom picture looks like it's filled with tumors.
The last one is a kitten, probably filled to bursting with milk. Kittens are fat and their tummies are bloated. It happens:P
